About Me
With over a decade of experience as a massage therapist and a deep passion for holistic healing, I’ve spent my career exploring how the body, mind, and energy are inseparably connected. As a current Doctoral student of Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science, a Reiki practitioner, and a Craniosacral healer, I’ve witnessed the profound power of gentle, intentional touch to restore balance from the inside out.My own healing journey has deepened my belief that true wellness begins with energy alignment and nervous system regulation. By using these modalities they have eased and transformed my PMDD symptoms for the better."Jack of all trades, master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one".I grew up in small town called Victor, NY, a suburb of Rochester, NY, where they get all 4 seasons with lots of snow and cold. After Covid, and working as a vascular ultrasound technologist, I wanted a change and chose San Diego as a new place to explore and fall in love with the weather. After working massage full time for about a year, I wanted to help my patients on a deeper level and found acupuncture. It was only after having my left shoulder completely lock up in pain, that I experienced my first acupuncture session. I signed up for school that next week. Fast forward to now, about 3 humbling years later, and I have come full circle with incorporating all that I have learned over the years. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and I want to spread my knowledge and help facilitate healing to as many people as I can. I am teaching this 7 layer energy protection shield in a guided meditation and instruction book.
When you interact with others, whether in person or online, there is always an exchange of energy. By shielding your energy, you create a protective boundary that helps guard against people who may drain your vitality or carry negative intentions. Without this energetic protection, you may find yourself feeling foggy, irritable, or simply not like your true self.
The intention of this 7 layer energy protection shield is to safeguard you from unwanted energies and create a barrier against any intentions you experience as negative.

Auricular (Ear) Points
Please feel free to scroll in to see the image better.The ear is a microsystem of points that correspond to different parts of the body. Some acupuncturists in the US and China only focus on doing auricular because of how potent and intentional this style of therapy is. If you can imagine, looking at the ear, it is an upside down fetus with the head in the ear lobe and the feet at the top of the ear.My favorite thing to do, outside of needling, is use what are called Ear Seeds. They are tiny beads that are attached to a small adhesive sticker that are placed onto the point in the ear. You can press them throughout the day to help stimulate the point and help you relax. You can keep them on for about 3-5 days.Some of my favorite points to use are Neuro Gate to calm anxiety, Point Zero for a nervous system reset, Relax Muscles to relax your muscles, Hunger for excessive eating and Endocrine to regulate hormones.If you have any questions at all or need help finding a point to out your ear seeds, please do not hesitate to reach out!
